The Black Crow (Tier 1 Waystone)

My character is hard locked in the Blooming Fields map, staring down The Black Crow with roughly 10% of his health. I had seemingly pinned, electrocuted and stunned the boss into a stand still until the health bar stopped draining, I waited for the boss to move and grab the bell, but the Crow decided enough was enough.
