I dont think that makes any sense.
You get honor from your life and your "defenses". Defenses in the game being armor, evasion and energy shield.

If you want them to give you honor for dmg taken from mana, then I want honor from dmg bypassing energy shield, and then in the end someone will want honor for every damage mitigation that exists in the game.
