[Bug] Can't progress Act 6 — Missing quest dialogue / NPCs

Hi everyone,

I’ve run into a problem in Act 6 that’s blocking my progress. There are two quests that I currently can't complete because the required NPCs either don't appear or don’t have any dialogue options related to the quests. I’ve tried restarting the game and changing zones, but nothing helped.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, is there a known fix or workaround?
Would really appreciate any help or advice — right now I’m stuck and can’t continue the story.

there's no Act6, you're talking about Act3 Cruel ? What quest ? what NPC ?
