Strongboxes freeze bug?

So, sometimes I open a "freeze" strongbox with my charm UP and i spent my charm charge and it doesn't work, like there is a "freeze bar" in my charm that takes like 3 or 4 seconds to disapear and then AFTER that, im still frozen for sometimes more than TEN whole seconds?? so i have to reestart my game for me to get unfrozen... surely thats not intended right?
