Annointment recipes not diplaying

Dear GGG,

Feel free to log in with my lvl 94 monk. I am

1) unable to respec my atlas tree at all;
2) unable to respec my Passive tree skills in my hideout (can only respec passives by porting out of my hideout to one of the acts with The Hooded One);
3) unable to view any amulet anointment recipes.

Please verify for yourselves and kindly fix this.
