Constant infinite loading screen and disconnects on POE2 on PS5

Especially prevalent in Act3 - On PS5 when loading a new area or warping to other players game will be stuck on loading screen forever TP{and will necessitate having to restart the game some times 10 or more times to get it to load at all and not be completely stuck and unplayable. Makes it extremely hard to team play and play in general. Are there any fixes? Is this a known bug? Please help.
