Please fix NETWORK STUTTERING

this is for me now biggest problem. Network latency is going randomly from normal ~30ms to 100-500ms every few second. Its making game realy hard to enjoy. When it goes very high it stutters also sound. Very very annoying

Otherwise im glad how you "fixed" game after disasterous 0.2.0 release so far, keep going.
