Divine drop - is it worse ?

Like in subject , before the "drop buff" patch i was able to drop a divine at least one a day , now i was maping T15 with rarity on my char 75+ with rarity modifier on waystone's as well and i didin't drop any single div ? Some can tell me wtf is going on ?
