Tactician Suppressing Fire + Combat Frenzy + Artillery Ballista

Hi, im trying to use Combat Frenzy in my Tactician and I get Frenzy Charges perfectly when my Suppressing Fire pins anybody.

The problem is my Artillery Ballista also pins thanks to Suppressing Fire and with Combat Frenzy activated, the Frenzy Charge for the pinning go to the totems instead of me, not as the gem states that "when you pin".

Obviously the totems are pinning and Combat Frenzy works correctly granting them Frenzy Charges but, is this intended? My own totems steal Frenzy Charges from me! And even they cannot use Frenzy Charges. I tried to allocate Tumult and Ferocity, but they cannot support Artillery Ballista so I assume that Frenzy Charges they gain should be transfered to me.

How exactly the totem consumes or "steal" frenzy charges?

If you're using charge infusion too, for more skill speed when you gain a frenzy charge, thats what consumes charges every X seconds.

Just guessing but i dont understand how is totem stealing charges when it's actually granting them to you instead....

Edit: I'm using ferocity with frag rounds and it does work just fine.
Reason it doesnt work with totems is because they're not skills you use yourself, they're "allies" and got their own stats and weapon damage and they do their own things when placed.
