Can't travel to Ascendancy map

I lost my token for the first ascendancy and I don't have access to travel to the trial of the Sekhema's map. I tried to bring another token with me to trigger the side quest but it still didn't trigger the map to show on the dessert map, anyone have the same issue with me ? please help i need some guidance
