Game Breaking Bug - Character stuck on instance on Jungle Ruins, no other instances load

Anyone else ever experienced this bug?
Out of nowhere my char is stuck on Jungle Ruins Act 3, no portal works anymore (neither to other maps or back to town). When clicking to reset instance, nothing happens, when clicking on any other portals, nothing happens. Already tried everything (relogging, changing characters, waiting for the instance to auto reset, even changing realms) but no luck fixing this. Sadly this is a game breaking bug, since I cannot progress in the campaign.

More than 12h and still stuck in the instance. Tried logging in from a different computer, still no luck. Simply cannot play the game unless I start a character from scratch, which doesn't make any sense. Can any dev give it a look and help me get my char unstuck?

Will try that later. Did you just join the party or teleported to one of the party members?

LOL found out what's the bug: the fucking Glacial Bolt gem!
When I have it equipped, it takes left click as the load bolt default, meaning that the game won't let me click on anything on terrain (loot, portal, waypoint)

This is just dumb
