Pharryl Megalith Disconnected and Map Failed

I was doing the boss gauntlet and I was randomly disconnected. My internet did not go out, nor did the server go down. When I logged back in, the map went red and said I failed despite me never dying. I lost all the runes and items I collected and also the potential atlas skill tree points that I would have gotten. Please fix this disconnect/map fail bug and let players rejoin if they're disconnected.
