Whirling Slash Skill Gem bugged !

on my lich build i want just some changes on my build and my skill gems not working anymore when i made new one its working for 1 time if i remove and put back its not working again what happends this gems i didint change anythink also they are just 2 lvl gems its crazy everyday happend diffrent amazing bugs ! can someone help me pls
