SOMEONE PLEASE HELP CONSIDER4ING IM A SMALL WHALE THAT PUT AN EXTRA 150USD IN THE GAME

hello im new to the game also new to pc i bought the game put over 200 hours into it and another 150 dollars USD in cosmetics i was really enjoying the game but what frustrates me is starting yesterday the game stoped launching for me on steam ive deeleted the game from my game files and uninstalled of my computer re =-downloaded it and it still wont launch

A little more info about what may have caused the issue would help..

Upon launching, do you get any error messages or a crash window?

Is there a pending update in Steam for the game?

A few things to try:

poe1:
Documents > My Games > Path of Exile
Delete Production_Config.ini

poe2:
Documents > My Games > Path of Exile 2
Delete poe2_production_Config.ini

Did a video driver recently get installed?
(this may have been automatically done)

Does the game launch from the Standalone Client?

no error messages when i try to launch the game i get a black screen as if it is going to boot up but quickly just sends me back to the dashboard. this is for poe2 btw.

i did try going into the documents>my games>path of exile2 delete poe2_production_config.ini

i did try downloading the game off GGG website its self when i did do that the game finally launched but wont let me play because it wants me to buy another key and I'm not buying the game again

and i only downloaded a new driver after the fact it stopped launching to see if it would launch still didn't

its been 3 days now still will not launch
