Prism of Belief Diamond, It is one of the most frustrating drops in the game, and it is something that contributes to exorbitant prices on the market and consequently, inflation.

My simple suggestion is to link it to Tags, that way every drop would be useful and whoever drops it would not feel that their drop behind the most inaccessible boss to farm in the game was useless, rewarding the effort.
