HELP, I can't go to any endgame maps!! I am softlocked!!

I finished the campaign, am level 67, went to my hideout, talked to Doryani, and tried to use the map device in my hideout to go to a map.

The game said "you cannot do endgame content until finishing the campign"

BUT I HAVE FINISHED THE CAMPAIGN.


What do I do? I tried to go back to the public hideout but it won't let me! I am completely trapped.

I found the solution to this: One needs to open a map in the public hideout before going to their own.

I used the waypoint to go the the Ziggurat Refuge in Act 3 cruel. I wasn't sure how to get back there until someone in chat helped me.

I think the game should allow you to open your first map inside any hideout to avoid this.
