Infernalist Ice Bomb Weapon Swap Bug

Hello,

I've recently encountered an issue where my character will forcefully swap weapons whenever I try to cast "Command: Ice Bomb" when it doesn't have any charges. Whenever I try to swap weapons by pressing X, it doesn't let me because I don't have any secondary weapons equipped. But for some reason, this just started happening when I got to Silverfist in Act 3 in Cruel mode.

Whenever it swaps weapons, it removes the majority of my minions and I can swap back to my main set by pressing X, but it will do it whenever I have no charges with Ice Bomb.

Ice Bomb is also allocated to my left mouse click.
