Slivertounge Zealot Bow fork does not work

Unique item has Arrows Fork feature but is not observed.

Do your bow skills split or pierce before being able to fork (e.g., by having other sources of pierce chance before the modifier on the unique)? Do they collide with monsters or with the terrain?

I ask just because there is a precedence to projectile behaviours and they could only fork where they neither split nor pierce. I haven't used Silvertongue, but from the description it sounds like you could still pierce before its own effect.

Skills that rain arrows upon the ground or otherwise target the ground without colliding with a monster will in many cases also not be able to pierce, fork, or chain.
