items not working from titan colossal capacity bag

Ive noticed that I can't quick move maps, with the Y button on controller, from my colossal capacity bag to the map device.

I also found out the hard way that the omen of amelioration, doesn't work when it is activated in that bag. When I died it didn't consume it. Moved it to regular inventory now but would be nice to be able to keep that in the colossal capacity bag.
