Goregirdle Belt "defend with 200% armor" passive no longer working

This might be because there is a bug that after corrupting the belt, the modifier is broken, even though it's still present as a modifier in the tooltip and should be an "unscalable value."

The belt used to show the correct armor and % phys damage reduction but no longer does. I tested against some physical based enemy attacks to see if only the visible numbers changed and the effect still worked with another belt with comparable armor, but there was no change in damage received.
