Incinerate + Burnout Notable

You can cancel this bug report. I spent 40 minutes trying to figure out if this was a bug or not before I submitted it. Come to find out, I did indeed miss an interaction.

I have a Megalomaniac Jewel that allocates Burnout + Spiral Into Depression. The estimated ignite dps did not make sense based upon adding in Burnout.

The thing I missed is that Spiral Into Depression added additional energy shield which does not recharge while in the passive skill tree menu. I have the Mysticism support socketed into a spirit gem. So I was missing the 30% increased spell damage as I went from full energy shield to not full energy shield when socketing and un-socketing the jewel over and over.
