Cannot go to the sikema! Help~~

I was unable to complete the task of "Rising to Power" in Chapters Two and Five. This should have been a prerequisite for the Scma Trial. In the desert map of Chapter Two, no teleportation points related to Skma were shown, which prevented my character from entering the Skma trial again. This task cannot be completed at the NPC either. I tried to kill Barbara again, but no new mission items dropped and there was no substantial progress in the mission.

The possible reasons for triggering are:
After I finished the Sikema training, I didn't talk to the NPC and directly moved on to the subsequent map advancement and storyline, which caused this side story to be skipped.

There is no such act 5 in poe 2. It is act 2 in another difficulty, just like Titan Quest , pre-3.0 POE 1, or Diablo 2
