CI/Eternal Life Bug

There's a bug with the CI/Eternal Life lich ascendancy where if they are both allocated it sets my mana regen to 0.1. I assume this is a bug. It could be some kind of nerf to the interaction but nothing indicates the two nodes aren't intended to work together.

The Eternal Life node isn't what's doing this to you, it's the node before that: Soulless Form.

Soulless Form removes your inherent Mana regen (which is based on your max Mana), and instead gives you Mana regen based on your max Life. With CI, your max Life is 1, so Soulless Form doesn't give you much to work with.
