🐛 Bug Report – Multiple Issues: Item Tooltip, Missing Skill, Summon Behavior

1. Item Tooltip not displaying name or values

When hovering over certain items in the inventory, the tooltip fails to display the item's name and stats. The tooltip window appears, but it’s empty or missing all important information.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open inventory.

Hover over the affected item.

Observe that the tooltip lacks name and attribute details.

Expected Behavior:
The tooltip should display the item’s name, affixes, stats, and other relevant details.

2. Missing Skill ("Exhume") from Skill Bar

The active skill "Exhume" is unlocked or equipped but does not appear in the skill bar, making it unusable during gameplay. Attempts to assign it manually are unsuccessful.

Steps to Reproduce:

Unlock or equip the skill "Exhume."

Open the skill bar.

Notice that the skill is missing or cannot be assigned.

Expected Behavior:
"Exhume" should appear in the available skills list and be assignable to the skill bar for combat use.
3. Summoned Skeletons Inconsistently Spawn (Not Reaching Maximum Number)

The Summon Skeleton skill should spawn up to 6 skeletons, as indicated in the skill tooltip. However, sometimes only 5 or fewer are summoned, even when there are no skeletons alive on the field.

Steps to Reproduce:

Use the Summon Skeleton skill (with a max of 6 skeletons listed).

Observe that only 5 or fewer skeletons appear.

May occur after zoning, relogging, or seemingly at random.

Expected Behavior:
Using the skill should summon the full number of skeletons allowed by the skill’s current level or configuration.
