GGG Support is terrible

Hi, i want to leave a feedback about your support team GGG. I've been locked out of the game for 3 weeks now, on my main account. The only thing your support does is to send 1 e-mail PER WEEK with a few questions about my account, which i provide everything they asked, and still nothing. I wonder how long this process takes, and if this treatment is normal when people have a problem and need to contant your support team GGG.
I bought the early access key, plus 3 points packages for some stash tabs and i can't play the game for 3 whole weeks. I hope the other players don't ever need to contant support and receive this treatment. If you think im exaggerating just check poe2 reddit and search for "support". I hope this changes in the future, very dissapointing.

it used to be really really really good before PoE 2 came out :) :(

i swear it might be hard to believe but before poe 2 came out GGG support was literally the very best and fastest support ive ever had in my entire life. .


Edit: i guess and i hope that its only that they are very busy between the two games and will get back to their normal top tier
