GGG Support is terrible
Hi, i want to leave a feedback about your support team GGG. I've been locked out of the game for 3 weeks now, on my main account. The only thing your support does is to send 1 e-mail PER WEEK with a few questions about my account, which i provide everything they asked, and still nothing. I wonder how long this process takes, and if this treatment is normal when people have a problem and need to contant your support team GGG.
I bought the early access key, plus 3 points packages for some stash tabs and i can't play the game for 3 whole weeks. I hope the other players don't ever need to contant support and receive this treatment. If you think im exaggerating just check poe2 reddit and search for "support". it used to be really really really good before PoE 2 came out :) :(
i swear it might be hard to believe but before poe 2 came out GGG support was literally the very best and fastest support ive ever had in my entire life. .
