Ice Nova & Always targetting frost bolts

Part of my build involves ice nova and frostbolt, but I've noticed that ice nova almost always targets frostbolts no matter what, which is not what I want 95% of the time. It would be cool for there to be an added option that lets us choose whether ice nova prioritises frost bolts or if it prioritises the cursor location :)
