Can't get to sekhemas trial

First time I killed her in normal difficulty, she dropped a green coin, then I just took it, went to the sekhemas trial, put it in, and went out, don't remember if I started the trial or not. Coin just left there. And after it I walked through all acts, time to get points and boom, I can't get there. At all. Through a party it says that you can't get there couse of wrong quest or smt like that. "Talk to zarka" is bugged. I have read all threads about this problem and didn't find the solution. Please if anyone know how to fix it, tell me.

Dunno if a green coin can drop second time or not

If you had placed your Balbala's Barya quest item in the trial altar, this suggests that
- it should still be there or obtainable from Balbala if you have not completed the first ascendancy trial; and
- you should have unlocked the waypoint for the Trial area or at least be able to get there again using the Desert Map in Act 2 Normal.

If you had gone there a long time ago or teleported there as part of a party, it may have been possible to not unlock the waypoint.

Normally, having previously obtained access to the trial, you should have both a waypoint to the Trial (in both Acts 2 & 5) and a direct button to travel to the Trial of the Sekhemas along the right side of your map (only available when standing on any waypoint).

If your trial waypoint is not activated, you should be able to use the Desert Map in the Normal version of Act 2 to travel to the Trial of the Sekhemas area using the Ardura Caravan. You can't move the caravan here in Cruel.

If you cannot travel to this area using the Desert Map, can't talk to Zarka about it in Act 2 Normal (when past the Halani Gates), or can't see it at all, try defeating Balbala again in Act 2 Normal Traitor's Passage. Beyond that, your character may have a state problem that only GGG could resolve.

Note:

- Your access to the Trial is character-dependent, meaning that it must be earned for each new character

- The Ascent to Power quest that appears in Act 5 Cruel is very misleading and doesn't really apply. You cannot unlock the trial area or talk to Zarka about it in Act 5. You would also need a Djinn Barya of level 60+ for it to be useable for your third ascendancy trial, which cannot drop until Act 6.

- Players who dropped their quest item on the ground or otherwise lost it were often unable to re-obtain it to unlock the trial. Your experience suggests that you had already unlocked it, however.

- Some players experienced problems trying to complete the Trial of the Sekhemas for the first time if they had chosen to complete the Trial of Chaos first (in Act III).

Yeah I don't have any place named "Sekhemas....." On desert map or any where else. Tried to defeat balbala at normal and cruel difficulty many times but nothing happens. GGG just CAN NOT fix the bug that exists half a year and breakes a huge part of the game. This is just ridiculous. Spent 2 days to make a new character and WOW. I can't get to sekhemas. BRAVO GGG. The area should be shown as "Trial of the Sekhema's" Monster Level: 22 on both the normal and cruel maps for Acts 2 and 5. It is an underground area, so the actual waypoint would appear on the underground map with that same name. It is typically the uppermost waypoint on the underground map.

If you had this problem on multiple characters, it makes me wonder if there is a misunderstanding about how the quest proceeds. Bear with me relating what you already know, but I'll put it here just in case anything was missing.

This quest must be completed in Act 2 Normal, though you should be able to come back to do it later as long as you held onto the quest item. If you previously placed the item in the altar, you should still be able to continue when returning (I don't know if GGG's changes in Patch 0.2.0 caused an issue for existing characters who did this in Standard and never completed the trial).

If you initially skip the Balbala fight (i.e. don't obtain the quest item) and go on to level in Cruel, it is possible that you might confuse the quest state by dropping a Djinn Barya item from a random mob. Dropping this before Balbala's quest item might interfere with obtaining her quest item.

If you first fight Balbala in Act 5 Cruel, rather than in Act 2 Normal, she herself would probably drop a Djinn Barya.

Quest Steps:
"
When you first reach Traitor's Passage in Act 2 Normal, you have an optional encounter to fight Balbala, the Traitor. Her fight is in a side arena attached to this zone via a door you must unseal. You release her from three runic seals to start the fight. The fight involves a poison cloud mechanic where Balbala disappears, coins that can spawn spirits, and homing projectiles.

The first time you defeat her in her little arena, she should drop the quest item Balbala's Barya. You must pick this up and hold onto it until you reach the Trial of the Sekhemas and can deposit it into the Relic Altar.

As of Patch 0.2.0, you now have to complete unlocking the Halani Gates before proceeding further. This is the area where you fight the Faridun and Asala opens each of the gates as you proceed through. You fight Jamanra for the first time at the end, after which he raises a sandstorm blocking your progress.

After opening the Halani Gates, you can now talk to Zarka in Act 2 Normal about the Sekhemas.

After talking to Zarka, the Trial of the Sekhemas should appear on your Desert Map and you must use the Desert Map to move the Ardura Caravan to it.

Once arriving in the area, you enter it and walk past its waypoint (which should activate it) to encounter the Relic Altar.

Whether you run the trial now or not, you should retain the ability to travel to this area using its map waypoint or the direct button found on the right side of the world map (when using a waypoint).

Placing Balbala's Barya in the relic Altar should summon Balbala the Advisor as an NPC.

Yeah I don't have any portals to sekhema on underground map either. Just checked it out. On my previous character in the same league I've had started trial of sekhema (checked 5 min ago). I ended it, chose buged character and nothing happened. I did't skip the first or the second fight with balbala. From first I got a green coin... And you know what was next. This bug exist only with 1 character.
