Can't complute maps on first try

since a few days I have the problem that I can't complete maps on first try. I fully clean them. Inside the map on right side all targets are completed. Also tried to kill every single monster in addition. Then I port back to base to go to next map. So far everything like it should be. But if I go to the map device to chose next map I see my completed map is still in progress. I have to do another nearby map, so that i can run that completed map again and after I complete it second time, the map is getting completed and I can path further on the atlas. So I have to run every map twice to complete them. Didn't check it with special maps like citadells. Any idea to fix this?
