Exalted Orb Highlighting Fully Crafted Jewels Causes Spam and Frustration

I've been running Trials of Sekhemas for a while now and have multiple quad tabs full of jewels. Upgrading jewels to have 4 mods is a chore, and it's made worse by the fact that even when a jewel is fully upgraded with 4 mods, right-clicking an Exalted Orb still highlights all jewels, even the completed ones.

This forces players to spam-click every jewel just to avoid missing the few that might still be eligible for crafting, which also floods the chat window with spam messages. I assume this isn't intended behavior, as I can't think of any other item that remains highlighted like this once it’s fully crafted.

Please help us Sekhemas Farmers out and address this issue.
