Penance Supporter Pack Portal Bug

Hello, I noticed two annoying bugs regarding the portal to town.


1. Penance Supporter pack's portal is bugged 2/10 of the times by showing only the red lightning animation and not showing the rest of the portal like the metal head around it while in maps. It's a supporter pack that costs real money and I think it would be great if the animation of the portal can be fixed.

2. When you are in an endgame map and you cast more than one portal the animation for every portal except the first one is not showing and only the portal itself shows. This applies to all portal effects in the game. This issue doesn't happen the first time you cast a portal but happens every other.
