Minus three points into infinity, three points disappeared.

Here’s the situation:

I acquired the unique jewel “From Nothing, a Diamond.”
Its modifier reads: “Passive skills in radius of ‘Mind Over Matter’ can be allocated without being connected to the rest of the tree.”

I had three unused passive points. I marked the already-allocated nodes with arrows, socketed the jewel, and planned to visit Doryani to refund those three points. Instead of being refunded, three additional free points were added on top of the nodes that were already active, and now I can’t reclaim them.

If you aren't referring to clicking "Cancel" after selecting the nodes you wanted to refund, I don't see any issue there.

You had the 5 points in that passive wheel allocated with Weapon Set 1 passive points. At the start of the video, you allocate the three passives you want to refund with normal passive points, and now have 3 unspent Weapon Set 1 passive points.

If you hadn't allocated those passives with normal passive points, you would have been refunded 3 Weapon Set 1 points anyways--not normal passive points.

I had three free points, in the circle area there were already three active points, I activated three more on top of them, now the stone cannot be removed and the three points cannot be returned either, watch the video carefully.

In the first video, when you allocated the passives, you replaced "Weapon Set 1" points with "free points". You went from 0 unspent Weapon Set 1 points and 3 unspent Passives, to 3 unspent Weapon Set 1 points and 0 unspent Passives.

In the second video, when you unallocated the notable passives--you went from 3 unspent Weapon Set 1 points to 5 unspent Weapon Set 1 points.



Allocating Weapon Set passives uses passive points, according to which Weapon Set you've spent more points on. Since you started with 0 unspent points for both Weapon Sets, refunding passives from only one Weapon Set didn't return unspent passive points.

But you can still allocate more Weapon Set 1 points, because you have unspent Weapon Set 1 points.
