game crashing when entering map device

its been a week now evrytime i enter map device it always crashes like end game is unplayable.. iam on PS5 i did all the tips and suggestion on the internet and youtube still nothing.. even made a new character but same thing game crashes.. i love the game but pls can not play end game cause of this problem..
