Ice builds cause frame rate drops and performance issues.

So i am currently playing LS blood mage and the gameplay is just smooth and crisp, when i switch to my ice strike monk that has freeze and shatter in his effects my frames drop to like 20 fps. It's very expressed especially with Direct X 12 and it probably has to do with the rendering of mobs being frozen and then shattered. I figured out when i grabbed the ice damage shrine on my LS Blood mage and it had the same effect on my fps as my ice strike monk did with his freeze and shatters. So tl;dr: there is a problem probably with the rendering of ice effects which causes performances issues, namely FPS drops.

Edit: It should be noted that this happens when there is big packs of mobs.
