[POE2] Singapore realm high ping connection issue

Hi having issue with high ping since couple days ago

tracert shows similar result

the high ping seem to start when routing to
c520s1-r1.servers.com [188.42.201.209]

idk if this my ISP or poe server

anyone know how to check if this from my ISP?

so I can maybe contact my ISP

Please be mindful of which forum you are posting in, the current forum your thread is posted in at the time of this post is POE 1 tech support, judging by your post you seem to be having an issue related to POE 2 early access.

If you click under your name and hit "report post" you can request it to be moved to the appropriate location.

Exact same problem, normally starting around 9pm Singapore time the servers literally seem to fall apart. I'm getting up to ~2000ms pings to servers i'm normally under 20ms. The servers latency is spiking massively. Question I tried to find the right forum to put this post in but I can't find a technical support forum for poe2. Can you link it?

Same problem with POE1 Singapore's Server. My ping spikes from 15-25 ms to 200-2000ms at 9PM Singapore Time.

I have to move to Japanese server to get stable 80-85ms ping

Totally agree have the same issue with ping spike to average 100ms from 9pm onwards, cant even play where i get average of 4ms on other places, pls help and assist. Has been happening for a very long times if you cant fix this issue don't expect much Singapore players to play your game if you cant even provide solution. I have already posted before of my ping issue and no is not isp issue.
