constant stuttering just started yesterday

been playing for a few months, not the greatest PC by any means and the GPU is borderline not up to spec but the game was playable with no stuttering. About yesterday the game starts stuttering which basically means a 1 second freeze every 5 seconds. It's not quite unplayable as I can hold down the button for leap slam and my huge AOE still kills everything but to be honest I am not sure how long I can actually put up with it.

I've had the same problem, i fixed my issue by joining another global chat and trade chat

/trade 7894
These are just random numbers, but i joined other chats, which has fixed my stuttering, i think it has something to do with loading messages even when the chat windows aren't shown

type /clear once the lag starts
