monster stuck on Mire waystone

this monster can be stuck in this narrow corridor.
it is trying to teleport as flock of black birds but cannot do it.
it happened with a same monster in a different but also narrow corridor on a same waystone.



edit1: Gargoyle Demon has same problem.
