The game freezes, disconnection error occurs, and items taken from the map disappear

I entered the maps using a simulacrum. In the 3rd wave of the 2nd part, the game froze and I received a discoonnect warning. sent me to the Home screen and when I entered again my character and the portal was closed, my simulacrum was lost, and the items that were dropped and put in the stash were gone.This is the second time this accident has happened so I wanted to write about it.
(It happened around 19:15 local time in Türkiye)

I'm having the same problem. I keep getting kicked out with the error "An unexpected disconnection occurred." At this point the game is almost unplayable. No issues at all before today.
