Fractured Mirror Volatile Plants Affix

Hey guys,

Lost my level 86 HCSSF character due to a bug in the unique Fractured Mirror Map earlier today.

As we all know, the mobs appear gradually along with the map as you progress through it. However, my character was instantly blown up without any effects of any kind, aside from a pack of undead mobs that had appeared. After hovering over one of the mobs, I noted that it had the Volatile Plant affix and that is the only thing that could have one-shot my character. However, at no point were any plants visible on my screen, neither the purple chaos orbs that they spawn and judging by the timing of my death in relation to when the mobs became visible, these plants spawned well before the mobs became visible. At no point did I see the plants or the orbs, even after my death.

Hope you'll look into this so that others don't suffer the same fate on this map. Thank you.
