Bug with Kosis in Simulacrum

Got to the dreaded hallway of doom in Simulacrum, and Kosis, during his repositioning animation, clipped out of bounds and just… left. Lost the Simulacrum attempt because he just would not respawn back into the arena. Attempted logging out and back in, force quitting and attempting to reload the instance, no luck. I guess he forgot something at home.
