CPU spikes

I have no idea what could be causing this issue but I have noticed that during extended play sessions (roughly 2 hours give or take) I will start to notice stuttering and short freezes every few seconds that never goes away. I opened up the metrics and was shown massive cpu spikes. I'm talking 8ms idle to 1200ms spikes. My setup is a i7-12700kf, 32g ram, rtx 3060, and windows 11 home 64-bit.

Similar issue but I use GeForce Now and after a shorter period of time.

I have the same issue Ryzen 7 and 2070 Super Gtx. Extended play leads to constant CPU Spikes with freezes. Temperature is normal and no other demanding game runs into this issue. I swapped chat channels to something very high with no activity and it seemed to have fixed the issue
