[3.26] League starter Dead Eye Ball Lightning of Orbit (Cheap)

I did something with inquisitor this league and quit halfway befoe getting it all the way done. It inspired me to consider a very cheap, league starter tier build that uses Ball Lightning of Orbiting. If anyone has some suggestions, all ears otherwise I think it's a 3 voidstone build for fairly cheap and it will do well enough in mapping to farm another build.




Edit: Updated link. Original link was not correct. However, this is with max everything since I plan on doing breach farming, I will be stationary for the breachlords. I've done a lot of Ball Lightning Orbiting and it does quite a lot more damage than you can configure in pob. You have to practice it a bit to get a good feel of the damage.

League starts using transfigured gems aren't as reliable imo

I'll be starting off with normal Ball Lightning. Which will be fine.

Also, in trade, Ball Lightning Orbit is not particularly expensive if I do a few extra Labs to no avail. The end build needs normal ball lightning sometimes anyway for sanctum.

what do u mean transfig gems isen't viable at league start, most of them cost 3~10c at the frist hours LOL
