LS gem bricks in when i set it to weapon set 1.

I was changing my 87 Bloodwitch build. I set LS for mapping with weapon Set 1. I set my bleed as weapon set 2. However now the LS will not show up on Action bar even though i have enough Dex.

1.) I then took the gem out, replaced it and it has the same issue even without the support gems.

2.) I then restarted the game. No change.

3.) I recreated the gem. level 14 so i had enough dex. Looked normal. as soon as i set to weapon set one, it bricked just as the first one.

4.) I changed characters and my LS Amazon is now showing the same issue. It seams to be an account wide bug.

5.) I have restarted the machine and the game multiple times. My two mains are now bricked on maps.

Pleas help.

I'm finally narrowing it down to having a strength node into the set 2. it was making brutality not available. but instead of telling me that it wasn't working. it takes it out of the action bar, bricks the LS on my ENTIRE ACCOUNT and then after 2 perfect jewelers orbs and the scientific method i have it working... but definitely an interaction that is not intended.
