[BUG] Unable to enter poe 2

I am having trouble with launching the poe2 from steam as well as epic games. Every time I try to open the game it would load the game as a black screen -> full screen -> then close. I have tried to verify the games files through steam(didn't work) tried running as administrator through the exe file(didn't work), I have deleted and redownloaded the game multiple time(didn't work), I've updated my graphics card making sure its up to date(didn't work) (also its a AMD Radean 6800M), I have made every attempt to launch the game, but can't seem to open the game. I know I can run it because on release date I opened it and played for a couple hours, but had to delete the game for storage then when I redownloaded the game...this happened. I am open to any suggestions! It pains me that I can't play on my summer break watching other on yt play ;(.
