Cannot move to the map for Sekema

How did it happen:
To open the Sekema quest, players must clear Traitor's Passage quest first.

I killed Balbala and it dropped the quest item (Balbala's Barya).

I didn't pick up the item and forgot the quest. I wanted to clear the quest later and I picked up a normal Barya and the quest was activated. So I clicked Zarka to clear the quest. It seemed to be finished but I couldn't move the Ardura Caravan to the Sekema map. The quest - Ascent to Power is still activated but there wan't any chance to finish the quest. I tried to kill Balbala many times. She didn't drop the quest item anymore.
