Items rerolling / breaking after patch 0.2.1

Hello there, above are three items that broke with the recent patch. All three have incorrect tier values for the rolls, (terrified to whittle now!) the last bow however completely broke with the physical / acc being downgraded. If possible I'd love it if the last bow can be fixed. But I'd be happy enough with fixed tiers so I can move forward!

Item tiers were inverted to align with PoE 1 affix tiers, this is not a bug.

T1 is now the best, the further away you are from T1, the worse they get

Ah! Understood, thank you. On this subject. Doesn't this make rolling off attribute requirements significantly harder? Since attribute req used to be t 1 - 5 meaning high rolls were safe from whittling. Now its still 1-5 making it effectively a brick? Unless you're running str items ofc in which case the attribute req was situationally valuable*

Omen of Whittling never cared about what the tier number attached to them was.

Omen of Whittling cares about the modifier level: the lowest item level the modifier will appear on, which also affects the required level to equip the item (highest number between all modifier levels + item base's level requirement).

Ah! I never knew it worked like that, thanks for the information. So what you're saying is a now t2 attribute roll (30%) would be rolled off instead of a t2 bonus damage?

Im very sure my items lost tiers. I gambled on a breach ring and it had something like t9 t8 and t7 flat rolls before patch. now they are t1 t3 and t4. maybe they changed the ranges of the tier lists or sth but im 100% sure i would just restart the crafting process with a tier 7 second roll on dmg.
