Presence Area of Effect Unclear

The tooltip description for Presence specifically states that 'Skill' area modifiers don't work, but generic Area of Effect modifiers such as from the Explosive Impact notable or the increased Area of Effect modifier available on jewels don't seem to apply.





I believe either the Presence tooltip should be updated to read 'The size of this area can be modified by Presence Area modifiers, but not by other Area modifiers,' or the generic Area of Effect modifiers that don't apply to presence should be reworded to explicitly increase Skill Area of Effect.
