Game Stuttering

Hi,
recently my husband and I have had some problems with the servers in poe2. It started about two weeks ago. In every servers game stuttering to the point it is unplayable. We check everything we can. We change settings, we check multiple time connection networks and everything is fine.

This is annoying. We were waiting for this new patch, but now we can't play anymore. I hope you can help us.
