CPU cycle bug
I would like to report a long going bug where the game randomly starts getting "hiccups". When playing, and it can take everything from 1 minute, to 30 minutes before it starts, but when it happens you will see the CPU ms spike at a very frequent pattern. The spikes happens regardless if there is anything happening with the game client or not. For example does not matter if you open the menu and pause the game, or if you are in full blown combat. If you continue to play, you may have it just get worse and worse as well, meaning the time between the spikes is shorter.
A workaround to reset it, is to logout and back in, then it works just fine until you randomly get it again. I've tested different renderers and it has made no difference. This has been long going and for it not to be listed as a known bug is beyond me, as I've seen multiple people in the in-game chat mention this problem as well, though many times when chatting with them they think it is "lag" as in network issues until one discusses the details and then see that they have the same issue as oneself. ![]() Update 1: Deleting the file client.txt in "steamapps\common\Path of Exile 2\logs" then upon starting the game disabling Global and Trade chat helped remove the most major spikes. However, after playing a longer session there is still something causing smaller CPU spikes to happen that also follow the same pattern. 最後に noiser#3218 が 2025/06/07 11:17:37 に編集 最後にスレッドがバンプされた時間 時刻 2025/06/07 4:24:34
