Feedback on Ghost Shroud Headhunter Buff – Gameplay Issue
Hi GGG,
I'd like to give some feedback regarding the Ghost Shroud modifier when acquired through Headhunter. This issue has existed since its introduction and continues to create frustrating and disruptive gameplay, particularly during endgame mapping. The core problem is that Ghost Shroud occasionally teleports the player into dangerous mob packs, often resulting in immediate death due to stuns or overwhelming damage. This random teleportation feels out of the player's control and adds unnecessary risk, especially considering Headhunter is an ultra late-game item meant to enhance fun and fast-paced gameplay—not take it away. With the recent buff to 60-second duration, this issue has become even more severe. Players are now exposed to this frustrating interaction for longer, which diminishes the enjoyment of the otherwise rewarding Headhunter experience. Headhunter should enhance the power fantasy, not create unreliable and punishing mechanics. It synergizes well with the Atlas passive tree and the influx of rare monsters in endgame, but a single modifier like Ghost Shroud can completely derail the experience. Suggestions: Make Ghost Shroud teleport player-activated – for example, temporarily replace the dodge (movement) key with a manual teleport while the buff is active. This gives the player control and keeps the buff powerful but fair. Alternatively, remove Ghost Shroud from the Headhunter pool altogether, as it introduces more harm than benefit in its current form. Thank you for your continued efforts in improving the game, and I hope this feedback helps highlight an area that could use some review and refinement. Best regards, Exile player 最後にスレッドがバンプされた時間 時刻 2025/06/07 12:41:02
