thunder leap /leap Eternity to cast

honestly dear devs all those skill that have + 1 Eternity to cast to use the skill feel bad to use in maps , im speaking both mace skills and other abilities like thunderous leap why do they have +1 sec to cast time ? just make them scale whit atk speed the more aspd u have the faster u leap remove all that nonsense whit one Eternity to cast the skill

leaps and mace skills would be a thousand time more fun to use if not the "Eternity to cast "
